  Didn't stay here, had a booking and when I tried to ring to say we would be checking in after 6.00, the phone just rang out, started ringing at 4.00pm, even rang the 1300 number twice same thing it just rang out, finally at 6.10pm the lady answered and when I complained that nobody answered the phone she said they had been busy with people checking in all day, surely someone could answer the phone and ask you to hold or take your number and call you back. I rang 11 times..... No that didn't happen, anyway when I spoke to the lady she said she had no record of our booking and that she had no room for us anyway, asked me who I had made the booking with , I thought it was her but she said No then I remembered it was the man but he hadn't written it down. So we then had to find another Caravan Park at 6.30pm, we were not happy I have to say. When I asked her why would I write all the details for that park down if we weren't booked in there she had no answer. She was quite rude and abrupt and I am pleased we didn't stay there, there is a lovely park not far away run by very nice polite people. This is the first time we have come across someone like her and we drove by in the morning and there was plenty of room there. Needless to say it left a very bad taste in the mouth, being Top Tourist members we didn't expect that treatment. Shall not hesitate to let people know if they ask!!
